This announcement marks the commencement of the company\u2019s multi-megawatt capacity expansion plan spanning across major cities in the country (to be delivered over the next 16 to 20 months) further strengthening STT GDC India\u2019s leadership position in the India data centre market. This facility is expected to be operational by the third quarter of 2019.<\/span><br \/>\n<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0With rising expectations from enterprises and cloud service providers for data centre facilities that are highly resilient, secure and able to support the growing market needs,\u00a0<b>Bengaluru DC3<\/b>\u00a0has been designed to ensure that it meets the most stringent of customer requirements. Once fully operational\u00a0<b>Bengaluru DC3<\/b>\u00a0will:\u00a0<b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Offer scalability of more than\u00a0<b>15 MW of IT<\/b>\u00a0<b>power<\/b>\u00a0in a newly constructed\u00a0<b>350,000 square foot data centre building.<\/b>\u00a0The entire facility is being built from the ground up, drawing on STT GDC India\u2019s combined design, construction, engineering and operations expertise. Today, the company already operates two data centres in Bengaluru.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Enable our customers to continue taking advantage of IT innovations whilst safeguarding their mission-critical data.
