The DHFL Griha Utsav in Chennai will not only offer competitive interest rates but also offer customers spot sanctions on their home loan and attractive discounts on processing fees. Most of the housing units will be covered under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana which will provide an interest subsidy benefit of upto 2.67 lakhs for first home buyers, provided the customer fulfils the eligibility criteria for the home loan.<\/p>\n
