NTPC is committed to promote health awareness and to encourage healthy life practices amongst NTPC employees. Yoga sessions were organized in which employees, family and associates participated in huge number and availed the benefits of doing Yoga Asana and Pranayam. The sessions were designed to help employees keep a check on their lifestyle and give more focus on health &amp; wellness.<br \/>\nParticipants were advised to make Yoga an integral part of their lives and showed them various asana that are suitable for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners and administered the yoga pledge.<br \/>\nThe employees and other participants were given health tips, morning walks were organised at projects, stations regions and regions to sensitize them about benefits of good health along with neighborhood communities on the importance of Yoga.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NTPC, India\u2019s largest power generating company celebrated World Yoga Day on 21st June 2018 to emphasize on the importance of having a healthy work-life balance.
