The final day of the screening and the Awards Night will be held on the\u00a014th of October 2018<\/span><\/span>\u00a0at Prasad Lab, Chennai.<\/div>\n

The early bird deadline would be on\u00a0July 30th, 2018<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and the Extended Deadline will be on the\u00a05th of October 2018<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Seminars and Special Sessions would be conducted, which would be enriching for Film \u2013 Enthusiasts.<\/p>\n

This will be a major step for the Short Film Festivals happening in India which will offer great opportunities for both International and Indian filmmakers who will compete in International and National competition.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We aim to share great stories with the audience while supporting independent filmmakers. Whether you made a film with a minimum or a huge budget, what will really captivate the audience is the story!<\/p>\n

Together with various communities supporting the event, we aim to bring entertainment, inspiration, and culture to the communities by showing stories from around the world and utilizing the impact great cinema can have upon an audience or issue.<\/p>\n

This Short Film Festival is organized by Vgosh Media (\u00a0www.vgoshmedia.in<\/a>)\u00a0 and supported by various institutions including Film and Television\u00a0Producers of the Guild, Big FM, Filmfreeway, KSK Media and more.<\/div>\n

The Award categories include –\u00a0International: Best Short Fiction, Best Short Documentary,\u00a0Best Short Animation, Best Short Experimental, Best Short Film ( Comedy \/ Drama \/ Action \/ Horror), Best Indian Short Film\u00a0 – Special Awards: Best Children\u2019s Short Film.<\/div>\n

The festival is very passionate about promoting the work of all officially selected films before, during and after the festival.<\/div>\n
