She did not have any symptoms and a thorough clinical examination did not reveal any breast lump or palpable axillary nodes.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>The patient underwent ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy which was suggestive of Invasive lobular carcinoma. Metastatic workup did not reveal any spread of cancer elsewhere in her body. She underwent pre-operative localisation of the lesion with J WIRE under image guidance. Following which she underwent breast conservation surgery, i.e\u00a0<b>Wide Local Excision under J WIRE Guidance<\/b>.
