The<br \/>\nknowledge acquired through the various opportunities provided by our own life experiences of<br \/>\nfighting odds and facing hardships have inspired us to come together for this common cause and<br \/>\nshare our knowledge, experiences and skills. It was glorious day when the team formed \u2018Neelam\u2019<br \/>\none of the ways we can honour our past is to prepare for the future.<br \/>\n\u2018Neelam\u2019 addresses issues of human welfare and rights through public education, community service<br \/>\nand advocacy. Education serves as our most important tool for empowerment while working with<br \/>\nwomen against the social, economic and political hurdles that the patriarchal regime imposes on<br \/>\nthem. Our focal areas of work are education, awareness creation, Art and Culture, advocacy, health<br \/>\nand economic development.
