The All New Jazz has been developed at\u00a0Honda\u2019s R&D Centre located in Tochigi, Japan<\/b>. The car has been designed basis results obtained from extensive market surveys across the world including India for people\u2019s driving needs and lifestyles.<\/p>\n

The Diesel Jazz is powered by the\u00a01.5L i-DTEC diesel engine\u00a0<\/b>of Earth Dream Technology series offering segment leading fuel economy of27.3kmpl*.<\/b>This engine delivers a\u00a0maximum power of 100ps@3600 rpm and maximum torque of 200 N-m@1750 rpm<\/b>. It has been mated to a\u00a0newly developed 6-speed Manual Transmission<\/b>\u00a0that is light, compact, and attains top class transmission efficiency to deliver a pleasant and fun to drive experience along with an excellent fuel economy.<\/p>\n

The Petrol variant of the Jazz is powered with a refined1.2 L i-VTEC\u00a0engine\u00a0<\/b>that delivers a\u00a0maximum power of 90 ps@6000 rpm<\/b>\u00a0and atorque of 110 N-m@4800 rpm<\/b>. It has been mated with Honda\u2019s innovative and advanced CVT that delivers\u00a0segment leading fuel efficiency of 19 kmpl<\/b>andis more efficient than any Manual in its segment.
