\"a<\/a>\u00a0The show traces back to its humble beginning in 1997 with participation of 15 builders.\u00a0 Encouraged with the overwhelming response over the years, Ungal Illam has been a much awaited event for prospective home buyers.\u00a0 Started as a modest property exhibition, Ungal Illam has evolved as a marquee event during the last 17 years with many reputed builders of Chennai participating in it.<\/p>\n

The fair is being inaugurated by Ms Sunita Sharma, Managing Director and CEO, LIC HFL on 12th<\/sup> September 2015 at 11.00 AM.\u00a0 The Title Sponsor of the event is M\/s JBM Homes Pvt Ltd. The Gold sponsors of the event are M\/s Baashyaam Constructions Pvt Ltd, M\/s South India Shelters Pvt Ltd, M\/s Landmark Housing Projects Chennai Pvt Ltd and M\/s Ruby Builders and Promoters. \u00a0In total, more than 70 builders are participating in the event, showcasing more than 500+ projects. The major attraction for customers is that they can get spot sanction of loans from LIC HFL.\u00a0 This will help them identify properties according to their eligibility and budget. Guidance will be provided by officials of LIC HFL regarding the technical aspects and their loan eligibility which will help buyers make informed decisions. \u00a0During the event, LIC HFL offers a special concessional processing fee of Rs.5000\/- plus taxes per loan.<\/p>\n
