The crew including Sudha Kongara, film director, Madhavan, lead actor, Rithika Singh, Kick boxer cum actor, Santhosh Narayan, Music Director, Sivakumar Vijayan, Cinematographer and Dhananjeyan, Producer. Later after the felicitation, had an interaction about the movie with the students belonging to the Department of Visual Communication that morning. Mrs.Sudha shared her journey in making the film and talked about her experience in the film industry. \u201cI made a lot of research meeting more than hundred boxers and government officials before penning the script\u201d she said. She also added that she wanted every woman to stand bold and achieve their dreams.<br \/>\n\u201cI feel really blessed to be a part of this team and I always said Sudha after hearing the script that this movie would be an epic\u201d Madhavan said about the movie. He also advised the youngsters present there to choose their career path in such a way that they never get bored off and would always be ready to put their cent percent commitment.<br \/>\nWhen asked to Rithika Singh about her transformation to an actress, she said that she really enjoyed the journey and a lot of credit would go to Sudha for giving her the comfort level during the production. \u201cOnce when I was five years old, I was watching a boxing Hollywood movie and said my dad I would like to act as a boxer someday, and, when I did that role in Irudhi Suttru, it literally happened\u201d she said with a smile.<br \/>\nAfter the interaction that lasted for more than an hour, every member in the crew were gifted with a T-Shirt that was signed by the boxing legend, Mrs.Mary Kom, by Dr.Mariazeena Johnson.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The team of \u2018Irudhi Suttru\u2019 had gathered here in the Sathyabama University on recently and was honoured by Dr.Mariazeena Johnson, the Director of the University.
