Sakthivel, a car mechanic in Thoothukudi port, lives with his daughter Irene. Meanwhile, an international smuggling gang, ‘Devil,’ plots nefarious activities in the port. Honest police officer Indra Sathyamoorthy seeks Sakthivel’s help to infiltrate the smuggling gang. Initially hesitant, Sakthivel gets drawn in when Indra uses his daughter as a pawn.<\/p>\n

Sakthivel, a seemingly ordinary mechanic, hides a secret spy past that intimidates international mafias. Who is he, why does he conceal his identity, and how does he lead the fight against Devil?<\/p>\n

Legend Saravanan shines as Sakthivel, a silent, action-packed hero with a secret past. His transformation, from a mechanic to a commanding officer, is impressive. The beard look adds maturity to his character. His fight scenes are top-notch, with no doubles. As a devoted father, his emotional depth shines through. Saravanan proves he’s more than just a upcoming actor; he’s a performer who understands his character. His mass hero persona will carve a niche in Tamil cinema.<\/p>\n

Sham shines as a sharp police officer with a military background, unraveling the hero’s mystery. He’s another standout. Santhosh Prathap impresses as a stylish yet ruthless international villain, bringing plenty of twists and surprises.<\/p>\n

Payal Rajput shines in the hero’s flashback, bringing romance and action, adding a crucial twist to the story. Andrea Jeremiah elevates the film with her commanding performance as honest and fearless Police Inspector Indra Sathyamoorthy.<\/p>\n

Iyal as Legend Saravanan’s daughter, Lal in a supporting role, “Bahubali” Prabhakar as the port-controlling villain, VTV Ganesh as a mechanic shop owner, Amritha Aiyer, Aishwarya, George Maryan, and Arandhangi Nisha all deliver standout performances, adding crucial twists to the story.<\/p>\n

Cinematographer Venkatesh S’s camera work showcases Thoothukudi and international locations with Hollywood-level grandeur. Music Composer Gibran’s songs and background score are a major strength, with his action-packed BGM adding an extra punch.<\/p>\n

Editor Pradeep E Ragav has cut the action scenes with precision, showcasing Saravanan as a mass hero. Art director G. Durairaj’s sets and gangster hideouts are impressively realistic. Stunt Director Mahesh Mathew’s action scenes are the backbone of the film, crafting Saravanan’s mass image. The train fight scene is international standard.<\/p>\n

Director R.S. Durai Senthilkumar proves he’s a master of making commercial films entertaining, successfully showcasing Legend Saravanan as a full-fledged action hero.<\/p>\n

The first half focuses on father-daughter bond and Thoothukudi port politics, with the hero’s transformation at intermission being a huge surprise. The second half shifts to an international mafia and secret agent narrative, moving at a fast pace. The director effectively showcases the protagonist’s journey from an ordinary man to a leader.<\/p>\n

The dialogue is perfect sharp and adds punch to the mass scenes. The twists in the narrative and international-level production quality provide an engaging cinematic experience.<\/p>\n

“Leader” movie is a mass commercial entertainer packed with father-daughter bond, intense action, grand production, apt cast choices, and unexpected twists.<\/p>\n
