Sunil, a smuggler who has a forest region in Kerala under his control, hunts elephants in that area and smuggles their tusks abroad. He also threatens and subjugates the tribal people living there. Meanwhile, Kabir Duhan Singh, who is Sunil\u2019s rival, seizes the tusks that Sunil is smuggling with the help of the police.<\/p>\n

To recover the tusks worth several crores that are in police custody, Sunil seeks Antony Varghese Pepe\u2019s help. Antony Varghese fools the police, retrieves the tusks, and hands them over to Sunil. Antony Varghese Pepe, who has been acting as Sunil\u2019s right-hand man, questions his atrocities at a certain point. He also starts supporting the tribal people who are under Sunil\u2019s control.<\/p>\n

Enraged by this, Sunil teams up with Kabir Duhan Singh to eliminate Antony Varghese Pepe. Following this, Antony Varghese Pepe gathers the tribal people and prepares for a massive war against the smugglers. Who emerged victorious in this war is the rest of the gripping story.<\/p>\n

Antony Varghese Pepe, who plays the hero, delivers a stunning performance in the action sequences. His realistic acting draws attention. Sunil impresses with his usual rough-and-tough act. Kabir Duhan Singh captivates as a stylish villain.<\/p>\n

Dushara Vijayan steals the show in the action scenes. Her sudden entry is impressive. Parth Tiwari, Jagadish, Siddique, Hanan Shah, Raj Tirandasu, Parth Tiwari, Harishankar Narayanan, Sandeep Raviraj and Hipster have all delivered solid performances.<\/p>\n

Renadive’s cinematography and Ravi Basrur\u2019s music are strengths for the film. The lack of innovative visuals is a weakness. There are some rough edges in the scenes at several places.<\/p>\n

Director Paul George has told the story in a commercial style, focusing on the tragic tale of the tribal people and the smuggling of elephant tusks, and has managed to capture attention.<\/p>\n

Kattalan movie hunted not just elephants tusks, but the audience too.<\/p>\n
