\"sboa-school-won-the-the-kcg-verghese-overall-championship-trophy\"<\/a>Chennai, 12th September 2016 <\/strong>– Hindustan International School conducted Dunamis 2016 – an Interschool Athletic Meet at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. This Interschool meet saw the participation of around 520 students from over 25 schools in Chennai.<\/p>\n

\"dsc_0175\"<\/a>The KCG Verghese Trophy for the overall championship was won SBOA school along with a cash prize of Rs. 10,000\/- . The runners up were PSBB, KK Nagar.<\/p>\n

Dunamis 2016 was conceived with the intention of giving our children a chance to participate and shine among their peers; a perfect opportunity to showcase their competitiveness and sportsmanship. So rise to the challenge and bring out the champion in you!<\/p>\n

Field and track events was the mainstream events for the day. Around 520 students from 25 schools had participated in the event..<\/p>\n

Inter school Athletic Meet 2016 is inaugurated and presided over by the Chief Guest, Shri. Rajesh Das, IPS, Additional Director General of Police, Social Justice and Human Rights. The Chief Guest for the valedictory Function in the forenoon was Shri. Walter Issac Devaram, IPS (Retd), President, TNOA & Former DGP, TN<\/p>\n

The Guest of Honour was, Shri. C.Thirugnana Durai Olympian (Sprinter) & National Coach of Indian Athletic Team<\/p>\n

UNDER 10 : BOYS : Priyan Kumar \u2013 Sri Krish International School \u2013 13<\/p>\n

UNDER 10 : GIRLS : Shruthi \u2013 SBOA School \u2013 8<\/p>\n

UNDER 12 : BOYS : Aditya \u2013 SBOA School \u2013 10<\/p>\n

UNDER 12 : GIRLS : DevikaBabu \u2013 PSBB OMR \u2013 8<\/p>\n

UNDER 14 : BOYS :Akellen \u2013 SBOA – 13<\/p>\n
