The award was presented to <strong>Mr. AJ Balaji, CEO,<\/strong> Olympia Group, at the Concrete day celebrations in Chennai.<\/p>\n<p>Olympia Grande is an aesthetically striking, tall structure, situated right across the Pallavaram -Thoraipakkam flyover which makes it one of the most sought after projects on GST road. The arterial GST Road meets the pulsating OMR and at the junction stands Olympia Grande, redefining the skyline of the micro-market in Pallavaram and Chromepet. Olympia Grande consists of 734 flats in 17 towers of 11 stories each and is sprawled just under a million square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Olympia Grande was awarded the ICI \u2013 UltraTechaward for the Outstanding Concrete Structure of 2016 based on the following highlighted parameters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The entire super structure is built with Reinforced Concrete Shear Wall<\/li>\n<li>For a structure of its magnitude, Olympia Grande, boasts of <strong>\u2018NIL INCIDENTS\u2019<\/strong> during construction and was also awarded the <strong>\u2018Safety Award\u2019<\/strong> from the British Safety Council<\/li>\n<li>15 to 20% of the overall external lighting is generated by solar power<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On Olympia Group receiving this award, <strong>Mr. Ajit Chordia, Managing Director, Olympia Group,<\/strong> said <em>\u201cIt is a proud moment when you are recognized for the work you do.
