In the last two days, FreeChargehas seen a 10X surge in the number of retail merchant sign-up queries, with most of the queries coming from grocery stores, pharmacies and food joints. The queries pertain to the sign-up process, documentation required to on-board, commercial arrangement etc.<\/p>\n

Post the registration, the merchant can accept payments through FreeCharge in 4 modes \u2013 Send money to people using merchant\u2019s phone number, using on the go pin if the merchant has a POS machine, by scanning the customer\u2019s QR code in his FreeCharge app or by getting his unique QR code scanned through the consumer\u2019s FreeCharge App.<\/p>\n
