The menu offers more than 25 exciting new Parsi delicacies including increased choices for vegetarians, Parsi Burgers and more.<\/p>\n<p>Navroze is the time for new beginnings, a new life and a new season. Celebrated on the spring equinox, this New Year marks the first day of spring and is the most important day on the Parsi calendar. It is a day of celebration and feasting. Special care has been taken by the chef in curating this menu to also offer a number of Parsi vegetarian delicacies.
