One such venture is \u2018Angusam\u2019, the second film of director Mhanukannan.<\/p>\n<p>Produced by Manusri Films International with Skanda Ashok and Jayati Guha in lead roles, the film is finally set to hit the screens on February 21. It is all set to be released in around 150 theatres in Tamil Nadu, apart from an online release a week after its hits the screens.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c The film portrays a common man\u2019s fight against corruption, and also aims to explain the Right to Information (RTI) Act 2005. It is something that everyone must be aware of,\u201d said Jayati Guha. She was addressing media persons during a press meet organised in the city on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Mhanukannan, who has produced, directed and acted in the film, aims to create awareness in the society about the provisions and importance of the RTI Act. \u201cI chanced upon a news item where a man from Tiruchi had filed an RTI application, but did not get proper response from the government agency.
