\"Students<\/a>Chennai, 24th July, 2017: MARG Institute of Design and Architecture Swarnabhoomi (MIDAS),<\/strong> a Telugu Minority institute in Chennai held its Graduation Day event for their first batch of students (Batch 2011-2016). The Graduation ceremony was presided by Mr. GRK Reddy Chairman & Managing Director MARG Group and Mrs. Rajini Reddy \u2013 Director of Swarnabhoomi Academic Institution in the presence of Chief Guest, Dr. Bala V Balachandran \u2013 Founder and Dean \u2013 Great Lakes Institute of Management and Guest of Honor and Dr. C.Velan – CEO & Executive Director – Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd, InfoPark SEZ.
\nThe first batch of students from MIDAS secured seven university ranks in the Anna University, Chennai examinations amongst all affiliated colleges, including two Gold Medals, received by Mr Vijay Rathod and Ms. Mira for B. Arch. (Architecture) and B. Arch (Interior Design) respectively. Anna University, Chennai that conducted the Bachelors of Architecture examinations, released the rank list on the official website of the University recently.
\nAnna University rank-holders from MIDAS Architecture College 2011-16 batch include:
\nMs. B. Samyuktha, B. Arch. Architecture emerged as Tenth rank holder with 8.48 CGPA under First Class category.
\nMs. Jeyashri Chandrasekaran, B. Arch. Architecture, and H. Cayser Hussain B. Arch. Architecture, bagged Eleventh rank with 8.36 CGPA under First Class category.
\nB. Geeva Chandana, B. Arch. Architecture, bagged Fifteenth rank with 8.31 CGPA under First Class category.
\nDon Paul Remigious, B. Arch. Architecture, bagged Twenty-fourth rank with 8.14 CGPA under First Class category.
