On the occasion of\u00a0\u2018World Hepatitis Day\u2019, RJ Abhinaya, will cover the Hepatitis Awareness Walkathon, organized by the foundation at\u00a0Anna Adarsh College\u00a0from\u00a08:30 a.m. \u2013 9:30 a.m.\u00a0The walkathon is aimed at educating people regarding the need of Hepatitis vaccination. The activity also intends to encourage citizens to voice their opinions and pledge for the cause. RJ Giri Giri will bring the walkathon for listeners on his Breakfast show with live updates from RJ Abhinaya.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>92.7 BIG FM known for its efforts to support social causes, held a week-long awareness campaign that will conclude with the walkathon.\u00a0The radio network\u2019s RJ Abhinaya will go live on Facebook from the on-ground activity for the audiences. The highly-regarded\u00a0<strong>DR\u00a0<strong>Prof. R. P. Shanmugam<\/strong><\/strong><strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0founder of\u00a0the\u00a0Chennai Liver Foundation<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>along with<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Principal of Anna Adarsh College and 350 students, will be participating in the walkathon. The event aims to encourage \u2018infant vaccination\u2019\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_1213401608\">within 24 hours<\/span>\u00a0of birth since it is the best possible solution to prevent Hepatitis B.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The network\u2019s own RJ Balaji, who is the face of the campaign, is Hepatitis B positive.
