This event is hosted by The Madras Paper Merchants Association, Chennai.<br \/>\nHon\u2019ble Minister for Commerce and Industry, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman will inaugurate the conclave in the presence of Mr. Sanjay Singh, CEO- ITC Ltd.,( Paper Boards and Specialty Papers Division), Mr. Saurabh Bangur, President, Indian Paper Manufacturers Association and Vice Chairman of West Coast Paper and Mr. N. Gopalaratnam, Chairman, Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd.<br \/>\nWith overarching theme, Indian Paper Industry road Map for the year 2030 &#8211; Opportunities and Challenges, the conclave will feature technical seminars, Q&amp;A sessions on GST in Paper Industry, sessions on exploring marketing of paper using the digital platform and throw light on the new avenues for increasing paper consumption in India.<br \/>\nThe conclave will also aim at creating a platform for paper traders to communicate the eco-friendly production measures undertaken by the paper industry without damaging the ecosystem. On contrary to the misconception that paper destroys the eco-system, the conference will showcase recyclable, bio-degradable and sustainable raw material.
