The menu is carefully curated with the help of <strong>Chef Aaron Coutinho,<\/strong> is an adaptive fusion of retro and modern Indian Cuisine. Some of the herbs and vegetables used in the preparation of food would be grown in the garden within the premises of the restaurant.\u00a0Desi Di brings back some of the long forgotten Indian games like <strong>pallanguzhi, paramapadam, bambaram, kaleidoscope, carrom board<\/strong> etc. Guests can have a fun time playing these games and also pass on the amusement to the next generation.
