During his stint he has worked for some of the top fortune product companies\u00a0like Amazon, KLA – Tencor etc. He started his entrepreneurial journey in the year 2013 and founded\u00a0<\/span>HuntnBadge Consulting Pvt Ltd, a Chennai based consulting firm who have been helping some of the most\u00a0innovative Product Tech Startups and Established Software companies with their hiring needs. It has been\u00a0<\/span>more than 4 years in a row and they been successful in placing more than 2000 talents for some of the most\u00a0amazing companies across globe and still the success story continues. During his journey with HuntnBadge\u00a0<\/span>he was able to understand that identifying a potential talent for an opportunity was much easier with\u00a0various sourced spread across internet but the biggest gap lies in retaining the talent during the course\u00a0<\/span>of interviews. There were lots of cases where we lose some of the potential job seekers to some other\u00a0companies just because of the delay in interviewing. After evaluating lot of solutions, we finally\u00a0<\/span>conceived the idea of \u201cOutsourced Interviewing Model\u201d.\u00a0 The entire model of InterviewDesk was proved to be\u00a0both cost and time effective interms of hiring the desired talent.<\/div>\n
