Chennai, 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0February 2018:<\/strong>\u00a0Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), one of India\u2019s prominent management institutes, today inaugurated E-Talk Series 1.0. Attended by academicians and students of LIBA, the session was inaugurated by Dr.C.Sylendrababu, IPS, ADGP along with Dr. Xavier Raj, Professor – Entrepreneurship Management & Chairperson – C.K. Prahalad Centre for Emerging India & Head – Loyola Inclusive Incubation Centre and Dr. A. Siluvai Raja, Deputy Chairperson, Admission, LIBA.<\/p>\n

E-Talk Series 1.0 is an initiative by Espire \u2013 The Entrepreneurship club of LIBA in association with CK Prahalad Centre for Emerging India. The evening witnessed\u00a0Dr. C. Sylendrababu as the guest speaker addressing the gathering on the topic \u201cIntrapreneurship in Government”. The session highlighted an overview of intrapreneurship and its characteristics. He shared his various real time experiences in the police department and the importance of intrapreneurship to be successful at any job. The evening concluded with an interactive session with the students of LIBA.<\/p>\n

Dr.C.Sylendrababu, IPS, ADGP said, \u201cI am very happy to be present at LIBA and addressing the management students on intrapreneurship. Intrapreneurs are highly self motivated, proactive, action oriented and take initiatives. To be a successful intrapreneur, one must always try something new and believe that change is important. Google and Sun Microsystems are classic example of intrapreneurship where the employees were encouraged to develop their own ideas. One should be aware of the ideas that come to their mind, ready to experiment and review the result in achieving their goal.\u201d<\/p>\n
