Celebrating the cuisine of the community of Chettiars of Tamil Nadu, the  celebration will be on-going from 8th to 20th Nov ,every day during lunch and dinner.

 Chettinad cuisine is famous for its use of the wide variety of spices used in preparing mainly non-vegetarian food. The dishes are hot and pungent with fresh ground masalas and topped with a boiled egg that is usually considered the essential part of the meal. They also use a variety of sun dried meats and salted vegetables, reflecting the dry environment of the region. We are trying to present this unique taste of Chettinad to the food connoisseurs of Chennai with this festival”, shared Ritam Mukherjee, Regional Manager- South.
